All orders will be delivered by Australian Post via Regular or Express Post. Your delivery total will be displayed at checkout, before you complete your order.
When you place your order we recommend you arrange to have it delivered to a suitable address, as Australia Post only deliver between certain times Monday to Friday, and may require a signature on receipt. If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver may leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect your delivery.
To the extent permitted by law, HybraLec Industries (HybraLec) does not accept any liability whatsoever for the goods ordered and/or any loss or damage whatsoever incurred by any person in relation to your order once it has been received by Australia Post for delivery to you.
Shipping within Australia is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel. Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout, before you complete your order, once both delivery destination and service options are selected.
In-stock items shipped from HybraLec’s office will typically arrive between 1-3 business days in metropolitan areas and 2-5 business days in rural areas, after HybraLec has processed your order. HybraLec will process your order within 2 business days. The day the order is placed is not calculated in the date range.
Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
Online customers: please note that stock levels are dynamic and change frequently, accordingly in minimal cases some items may not be available upon order. In the event that HybraLec does not have an ordered product in stock and is awaiting delivery of further stock, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm the expected delivery date.

All RRP prices listed on this website include GST and are in Australian dollars. Online shopping is only available to customers within Australia. We welcome product enquiries from overseas, please contact HybraLec’s team via email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate and advise whether HybraLec is able to supply the product to you.

For your convenience, we offer two delivery and payment options. These include:-

We offer a full refund (less a $5 administration fee) or exchange for website sales for change of mind purchases within a 30 day period so long as you are able to provide proof of purchase (receipt or website order confirmation email). The product must not have been used and must be in a re-sellable condition and in its original packaging. You will be liable for any charges, such as but not limited to freight charges, incurred in returning the product to HybraLec.
If the product you have received is faulty please contact HybraLec immediately, to discuss the problem. Freight charges for returns will only be covered by HybraLec if the items shipped are incorrect or faulty.
All refunds for products ordered online or over the telephone will be credited back to the original credit card used to purchase the item. Refunds for in store purchases may be processed through original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. A cheque to the same amount will be issued for all cash purchases.
If you feel that your return falls outside our policy, then you will need to contact HybraLec first at email@example.com to confirm if your return will be accepted.
Notice of any cancellation must be provided to HybraLec within 24 hours of placing the order. If the notice of cancellation is received after 24 hours and prior to despatch, a $5.00 administration fee will be charged and deducted from your refund.
If a notice of cancellation is received after HybraLec has despatched the product, it will be regarded as a change of mind purchase and subject to the conditions set out above.
All fittings have a minimum 12 month warranty, if installed by a qualified electrician. Globes are not covered by warranty.
All LEDs have a minimum 2 years warranty, if operated within the specifications provided.
Customers can return faulty goods to us so long as you are able to provide a receipt as proof of purchase, within the warranty period for repair, replacement or refund.
HybraLec limits its liability for breach of any implied condition or warranty to the greater of (at HybraLec’s option):
(a) For goods, repairing or replacing those goods or the cost of paying to having those goods repaired or replaced; or
(b) For services, resupplying the services or paying the cost of having those services resupplied.
HybraLec will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with its product description and images; however is unable to warrant that product description and /or image is accurate, complete, reliable or error free. Product images on the website may vary, please refer to the real entity.
